    Honestly have noidea why people are soupset with this store. They're abusy location + the only one around for miles. I've been outright delighted bytheir services. Their onfloor crew were professional and astimely aspossible. Isincerely hope their staff isaware ofhow amazing their serviceis. There issuch athing asa queue, people! You're not the only customer and good service may take some time. Compared toComcast orCenturyLink who have left mein frustrated tears nearly every time Ihad towork with them, Spectrum israising the bar toa whole new standard. Itruly hope people realize how much superior Spectrum iscompared toother services.– show

      I politely asked tocancel the service over the phone due toconstant rate hikes. The agent pestered mewith deals and would not accept mycancelation. Iasked tospeak with someone else and was hung upon. That sealed the deal right there. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

          I have not been tothe store, but this company isatrocious! They will doanything toget money out ofyou. Icanceled myservice the 1st ofDecember, and apparently itdidn't “take” sowhen wepassed over tothe next month, Igot anebill. SoI called AGAIN tohave itcanceled. However they still charged mefor that month, soI had tocall again, fight with arepresentative tolook attheir call logs and see that Icalled onthe1st, which ofcourse when she found the call she switched her attitude and was more than happy tohelpme. She said the money they took from myaccount would berefunded after the equipment was returned. Ijust checked myemail and see myconfirmation ofreturn says the WRONG address?! AND they are now saying Iowe $17??!! They are thieves!!– show

              Beware -THE. WORST. WAIT. TIMES.IN. TOWN. Understaffed and poorly managed, without *any* routing based oncustomer need. The ones with appointments goto the front ofthe line and everyone else waits, which literally just equals the appointments taking all the available hours intheday. I’ve been waiting for1.5hrs and have actually LOST 3places inline— for swapping adead modem for areplacement. HORRID management ofresources. Ihave set anappointment online, while waiting inthe store. Wewill see which comes first, the line ormy appt 3hrs from now…– show

                If they were NOSTARS Iwould def NOT RATE THIS GUYS! They literally are aSPAM!! Iwas told TWICE during mycancellation that Idon’t have abalance due and they call me2months later that Ihave a$95balancedue. Lady “No Ma’am’ would not helped along with “Doug P” would not help aswell besides saying “you receive this bill inmail and nowhat you were told over the phone” isridiculous because IWAS told twice. SCAMMMMERRSS! Horrible service aswell.

Imust have went inat the right time because Igot the best service I've had ina while. Dion was able toset myservice upand Ieven purchased anew phone. His customer service skills were great! Heis absolutely doing awonderfuljob! Irecommend him highly ifyou have togo into this location. Hemade every effort toaccommodate whatever Ineeded toget done.                     Awful service. Disconnects more than 15times adays. Wi-Fi isterrible. Customer service continually says toshut down and restart the modem and router only for itto work for 20minutes and have tobe restarted again.

                          For three years, Ihave had nothing but problems with myinternet connection. This week, Ihad tounplug and reset itfour times already which Ishouldn't have tokeep doing. Inaddition tothis, Ispoke tocustomer service about abill issue (first time inthree years) itwas supposedly okayed,yet, Iam still getting six calls aday from them and they hangup. Icall again this week. Let them know Ispoke tocustomer service. Five calls from them after and hang upcalls atthat. Iknow it's them because Icalled the number back. Ifthis continues, Iwill befiling anFCC complaint. They have been here many times tofix myconnection and I'm still not staying connected. Awful.– show

                              Literally the worst internet provider ever. Only reason they still have customers isthere noother big company intown. Service isalways inan outage. Equipment doesn't work 95% ofthe time. Call for help and they just have you dowhat you've already done 2or 3times which isreboot and reconnect and reset. I'd love tosee another big more reliable company come inand wipe them off the board. I'd switch even ifI had todo acontract

                                    The worst customer service Ihave ever experienced. 4people inthe store but only 2working while the other 2just greet customers and put their name ona list. Waited 2hours then one ofthe guys working decided totake abreak with 15people onthe list. Lazy and incompetent.

                                        Worst experience ever, any other company would beout ofbusiness operating like this but since the only other option for internet isultra slow phone lines they monopolize the market and can treat you like complete garbage. The phone support isn't bad but this inperson store isan absolute joke.

                                          This isfor the service asa whole. Sofar decent (not great just decent) internet almost 3weeksin. Here are the massive issues though. The pricing ispathetically overpriced. Igot literally faster than their fastest option atthe same cost astheir lowest internet package & their were nopathetic gimmicks, deals or1year expire tricks. Itwas simply $60for great internet. When Ihad avery rare issue with net myold service Iwould call & mylocal office answered during their business hours. Noforced going through 5minutes ofa bot demanding more info & demanding you somehow know all ofthe departments & knowing exactly who you need tospeakto. That isthe other massive issue, yet another pathetic automated callbot, then Itry doing acall back, Itry doing that & ittakes another minute ofautomated prompts literally tojust becalled back.... just awful.– show
